Also known as DSM screen, the curved wedge wire screen is a type of curved concave wedge rod screen made from stainless steel wedge wire.
The DSM wedge wire screen is manufactured by welding stainless steel V-shaped profile wires onto wedge wire support rods. The resulting wedge wire panel is then cut and curved into screens with commonly used angles, such as 45° and 60°, or other custom arc degrees. Finally, the curved wedge wire screen is mounted into a stainless steel frame for easy installation in equipment.
